1. Booking and Cancellation
To ensure we can provide the highest quality service tailored to your needs, all cleaning services must be booked in advance. You can book by contacting us directly via phone at +44 1332 985690 or email at [email protected]. We will confirm your booking with details of the service, date, and estimated time.
We understand that plans can change. For residential cleaning, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked service. For commercial cleaning contracts, this period may vary, as outlined in your specific service agreement.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice for residential cleaning will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Cancellations on the day of the service, or if our team is unable to gain access to the property, will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost to cover operational expenses.
- For larger commercial contracts, specific cancellation penalties will be detailed within your bespoke service level agreement.
