Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with S H Wiz Cleaning Limited.

Welcome to S H Wiz Cleaning Limited. These terms outline the agreement between you (the Client) and us (the Company). By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Cancellation

To ensure we can provide the highest quality service tailored to your needs, all cleaning services must be booked in advance. You can book by contacting us directly via phone at +44 1332 985690 or email at [email protected]. We will confirm your booking with details of the service, date, and estimated time.

We understand that plans can change. For residential cleaning, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked service. For commercial cleaning contracts, this period may vary, as outlined in your specific service agreement.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice for residential cleaning will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Cancellations on the day of the service, or if our team is unable to gain access to the property, will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost to cover operational expenses.
  • For larger commercial contracts, specific cancellation penalties will be detailed within your bespoke service level agreement.

2. Payment Policy

At S H Wiz Cleaning Limited, we strive for straightforward and transparent payment terms to make our services as convenient as possible.

Payment Due:

  • Residential Cleaning: Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • Commercial Cleaning Contracts: Payment terms are typically on a monthly basis, with invoices issued at the end of each service period, payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a range of secure payment methods for your convenience:

  • Bank Transfer (BACS)
  • Credit/Debit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Direct Debit (for ongoing commercial contracts)

All prices quoted include VAT where applicable. You will receive an invoice detailing your service and the payment required.

Late Payments: In the event of late payment, S H Wiz Cleaning Limited reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily, from the due date until the date of full payment. We may also suspend further services until all outstanding balances are cleared.

3. Service Guarantee and Liability

Your satisfaction is paramount to S H Wiz Cleaning Limited. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning standards. This is our commitment to you:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area(s) in question at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to reasonable assessment and applies only to the agreed scope of work.

Making a Complaint: All complaints must be submitted in writing (via email to [email protected]) within 24 hours of the service being completed. Please include photographic evidence where possible to assist with our investigation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While our team takes the utmost care, S H Wiz Cleaning Limited will not be liable for damage to items that are not properly secured or are in a poor state of repair prior to our service.
  • We carry comprehensive public liability insurance for accidental damages caused by our staff during a cleaning service. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service and supported by photographic evidence.
  • Our liability for any damage caused is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item(s) or the total cost of the cleaning service, whichever is less, and will not exceed the limits of our insurance policy.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding our service guarantee and limitation of liability.
